and R & D project signing ceremony the perfect end
Our company held the management communication conference on January 9th, 2018. The participants of the meeting included all managers. During the meeting, General Manager Yang of Exsense Electronics Technology Co., Ltd elaborated the development strategic of five-year planning, the achievements and problems of our company's in 2017 are reviewed and analyed. Our company plans to achieve our vision and strategy in the field of NTC thermistor chip, NTC thermistor components and temperature sensors through four five-year plans (20 years).
Our corporate vision is: create the world first class, make happy Exsense.
Among them, the four five-year plans can be summarized as follows:
1. Focusing on construction.
We focus resources and energy on the sales, r&d and production of focused products ( high precisiion and high reliability NTC thermistor chip and components). We will increase the input of automation equipment and high-precision equipment, expand the production capacity of focusing products, and realize more timely delivery and better service customers.
2.Committed to the promotion of quality.
Set up r&d department, arrange special person to follow up r&d technology and batch process technology, improve quality through process improvement. The quality control department strictly implements IPQC process monitoring and non-conforming products to correct pre-protection measures, timely detection and timely solution. Let employees do better through continuous quality awareness and job skills training.
3. Committed to Exsense into the world's most influential NTC thermal chip suppliers, and the world's automotive, motorcycle temperature sensors and other high-precision temperature measurement applications preferred NTC thermistor components suppliers.
4. In the field of established products to maintain the world's advanced level, creating a "world-class" brand.
After analyzing and development of the company, in order to implement the first Five-Year Plan and realize the corporate vision, we decided to increase investment in R & D projects and hold a signing ceremony. The establishment of incentive system to improve R & D staff's enthusiasm for the company's contribution to the development. At the meeting, the General Manager emphasized 2018 as a year of skills upgrading and learning, encouraged employees to participate in training, enhance personal skills.
